The Film Production Workshop

 

Delivered over 10 sessions, these workshops are designed for individuals aged 16–25, with all participants receiving a certificate upon completion. No prior experience is required. These film production workshops will teach learners filming techniques, film history, cinematography, film direction, advanced camera work, post-production, and the skills to produce their own short documentary. This comprehensive, hands-on workshop will support young people who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET), helping them build social connections through collaboration, peer mentoring, and strengthening vocational and mental health resilience.

Delivered by National Film Awards-nominated director, cinematographer, and trainer Alessandro Ugo, this series integrates a range of interventions, combining media engagement activities and social learning.
