The Employability & Workplace Skills Programme

The Employability and Workplace Skills Programme has been developed to provide learners with a range of knowledge, understanding, personal skills and attributes essential for successful performance in working life. This programme provides learners with the knowledge and understanding needed to make career decisions, together with the skills to plan a career pathway of their choosing. They will also learn how to access suitable job vacancies, together with the skills needed to prepare documentation in support of job applications.

Structure

  • Increase knowledge of the history of film
  • Improve understanding of filmmaking
  • Increase understanding of post production
  • Develop teamwork skills

  • Output 2 – Managing own Performance
  • Output 3 – Personal and Professional Development

  • Output 5 – Working in a Business Environment
  • Output 6 – Managing Resources

Learners will receive a OTHM Level 3 qualification upon successfully completing the units.
